Residency with Community Partner Alegria Soy

The final residency of FLEET: Edmonds will feature a month with our Community Partner Alegria Soy Cultural & Community Society. Alegria Soy is a non-profit organization that envisions a vibrant and equitable society in Edmonds and beyond, where people from all cultural communities thrive and their cultural heritage is celebrated and preserved.
With a focus on culture in action, justice in motion, Alegria Soy is committed to cultivating a thriving neighborhood where resident-led solutions lead to lasting change.
During the month the group will host a series of pop-up exhibitions, workshops, performances, and conversations that highlight migrant dignity, cultural identity, and community dialogue through art, photography, poetry and dance.
